Smart Lipo: Was not worth it

I had it done on my neck and thighs/knees. I am pretty happy to lose the extra chin. There is some residual effect, in that you can see some of the cannula lines/scarring and since there is not fat there anymore, it just looks a little "older" because it did not tighten the skin at all, like it advertises. But i think its still better than the double chin.
It feels better to me and even though it does not look as good as i hoped it would, i am still pretty happy with the result. there is no numbness, etc. but you definitely do not get any skin tightening.
My thighs were not worth the money…there is a ridge above my knees from where the fat was taken out in the knee area vs the rest of my thigh. it does not look good and my knees only look a "little" better…not worth it for the ridge that was left. the neck cost $3k and the thighs/knees cost $4k.
